1. How do I choose the right size harness or collar?

Each product page includes a size guide. Measure your dog’s neck, chest, and girth and compare it to our chart. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

2. What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from durable, pet-safe materials such as nylon, leather, and eco-friendly fabrics. All hardware (buckles, clips, D-rings) is tested for strength and safety.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select countries. International shipping times and rates vary depending on location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will take anywhere between 3-7 days to ship  packing your orders, so please expect delays! When you receive the shipped notification, expect your order to arrive:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic)

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on most items. Products must be unused and in original condition with tags. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

6. How do I care for my dog’s harness, leash, or collar?

  • Nylon/leather: Wipe clean with a damp cloth; avoid machine washing.

  • Metal hardware: Dry after contact with water to prevent rust.

  • Fabric accessories: Follow care instructions on the product tag.

7. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available in various amounts and can be redeemed online. They are a perfect gift for dog lovers!

9. I haven't received an order confirmation, what do I do? 

No stress! Check your spam/junk folder, if it's not in there, send us an email on hello@zalaandfriends.com with the name of the order and we'll be able to resend it.
