Current shipping situation

Please note that this is a one person business, therefore we can't always ship your items the same day. It can take anywhere from 2-7 days for the item to be shipped. Once it has been lodged with Auspost, we are not responsible for what happens to your parcel from then on. If your item is lost, please contact us on hello@zalaandfriends.com & also lodge a missing item report with Auspost (more info here: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item). I will also make a report with Auspost and come to a solution with you if your item is officially deemed lost. Please wait up to 14 business days after you receive an email that your item has shipped for an update before contacting us.

Other countries: 25-30 business days

Shipping terms & conditions:

- Please ensure that you put the correct address when placing your order. If you notice you incorrectly put the wrong address prior to being shipped, please email us immediately to get it changed. Once your order has shipped, we are not able to change the address and Zala and Friends have the right to not refund the customers responsibility.

- International orders: You may be charged with customs and duties when your item reaches the destinations customs. Zala and Friends are not liable for any fees. Customs and clearance can also affect the delivery time frame.
