- Please ensure that you put the correct address when placing your order. If you notice you incorrectly put the wrong address prior to being shipped, please email us immediately to get it changed at midnorthdoggrooming@gmail.com . Once your order has shipped, we are not able to change the address and Zala and Friends have the right to not refund the customers responsibility.

- International orders: You may be charged with customs and duties when your item reaches the destinations customs. Zala and Friends are not liable for any fees. Customs and clearance can also affect the delivery time frame.
